Exporting National Standard Data from eTAP

Note: it is recommended you do this using Google Chrome

On eTap go to Create Custom Reports

Then

• Choose “All Pupils” from the dropdown on the left (1)
• Choose Reading, Writing or Mathematics and tick the checkbox next to it (2)
• Tick off the School Header checkbox (3)
• Click the Generate School wide report (4)

This will give you a page that looks like this… right click on the page and press “Save As”

Give it an appropriate name and then press save as (file type should be “web page, complete”)

This file can then be uploaded into Assay CoL Connector… note: you only need to do this for the current year as it brings in all the OTJ from all years.
