Exporting Linc-ed Student Data

To get the data from Linc-Ed make sure you are logged in to Linc-Ed already and take this link here:

And replace “YourSchoolName” with the link you usually use to access Linc-Ed

This will take you to a page with all the data and you can press the “Download CSV” button at the top.

That file can then be uploaded into the Assay CoL Connector and processed using the “Linc-Ed Student Data” option.

If the link doesn’t work you can download the data by clicking on “Quick Links” and pressing “Custom List” and choosing these fields:

• ID
• Gender
• Date of Birth
• Date started this school
• National Student Number
• First name (preferred)
• Last Name (preferred)
• Current Class
• Enrolment Number
• Ethnic Origin 1
• Year Level
• Student Type
• Class Teacher(s)
